REFUND POLICY

To receive a refund or change the pickup date on your order, we require a 7-day notice before your pickup date. Refunds incur a $10 administration fee.

Please note that we cannot accommodate any changes of mind or requests for refunds within 7 days so please double-check all information before making the payment.

Please pick up on time as cakes are prepared according to the time booked. If unable to pick it up on time, please contact us at 0431763687. The cake will only be kept for 24 hours and payments are non-refundable.

​It’s important to refrigerate the cake and ensure it is transported appropriately to its destination. When picking up your cake, please examine it carefully. We are not liable for any issues or damage that might occur after the cake leaves our shop.
